FORMS AND FUNCTIONS was founded in 2004 by our Principal Architect Efren Balisi. It was initially named Forms and Functions Architectural Services, specializing primarily in design services. During 2005 we entered the Motorcycle Showroom Industry and mall fit-outs with the Construction of Transycle outlets. We have been a significant player in motorcycle retail construction and fit-outs through the years. The company continued completing over 100 showrooms, Outlets, and service centers for brands like Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, and Kawasaki throughout Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
In 2011, the company changed its name to FORMS AND FUNCTIONS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (FFDC) and focused more on Construction. Our Clients hire us as contractors, and now we cater secondary to Design Services.
